Our no-strings plan lets you have your own storage facility in your own backyard or business. The low monthly rates are comparable to mini-storage rates per square foot.

A 2-month payment as a security deposit is required, but there are no credit checks & you are not required to keep the building.

You will own the building after 36 monthly payments, or there is an early buy-out option. Or, you may simply rent the building – a great idea for anyone in a temporary residence.
